Paul is a passionate supporter of innovation and entrepreneurship,and a pioneer in    the area of entrepreneurial recovery following business loss. He is a vigorous researcher and has an ability to combine the disciplines of mental health and      business in a rare combination of skillsets. Having worked extensively in the employment sector in a number of key roles, he can clearly assist people in overcoming the barriers to employment and business restart. Paul is an experienced hybrid entrepreneur working for the Department of Employments NEIS program, assessing potential new venture startups and mentoring novice entrepreneurs. As a co-founder of the restartSMART program, Paul is an excellent communicator, qualified VET trainer, specialist business counsellor and entrepreneurial educator.

Paula is an accredited business counsellor, qualified trainer and co-creator of the restartSMART program.  Originally trained as a registered nurse, Paula has a keen interest on the impact of business loss on individuals, families and society.  She is passionate about raising awareness of venture failure within the business community, and provides pathways for individuals to rebuild their life following business collapse. She has contributed to concept papers for policy change in the UK and Ireland and is currently completing a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) at USC.
